- We send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order
- We send you a dispatch confirmation email when we dispatch your order
- The contract is formed when we dispatch the products to you
3.2 Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse any order before dispatch. If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you and refund any payment made.
3.3 Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative product.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Prices
All prices are:
- Stated in British Pounds Sterling (GBP)
- Inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate (currently 20%)
- Subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed
4.2 Payment Methods

- Credit and debit cards (via Stripe)

4.3 Payment Timing
Payment is due at the time of placing your order. Your order will not be processed until payment is received and authorized.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery Area
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail.
5.2 Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on weight and destination and will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
5.3 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. However, delivery times are estimates only and we are not liable for delays caused by:
- Royal Mail or carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Acts of God or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
5.4 Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to incorrect address information or you are not available to receive the delivery, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
5.5 Risk and Title
Products are at our risk until delivered to you. Title (ownership) passes to you upon delivery.
6. Order Cancellation and Returns
6.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order at any time before we dispatch it. To cancel your order:
- Contact us immediately by email or phone
- Provide your order number
- If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and process a full refund
Please note: Once an order has been dispatched, the standard consumer rights for returned goods will apply (see section 6.2 below).
6.2 Returns After Delivery (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.
Important Exceptions - The 14-day cancellation right does NOT apply to:
- Perishable goods (food items with short shelf life)
- Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized products
For eligible returns:
- You must inform us of your decision within 14 days of receiving the goods
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us
- Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods
6.3 Return Postage Costs
Customer Responsibility:
- You are responsible for paying the postage costs to return goods to us
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service
- Keep proof of postage until you receive your refund
Exceptions: We will cover return postage costs only if:
- We sent you the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged or faulty (see section 7)
7. Faulty or Damaged Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
7.1 Your Statutory Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:
- Satisfactory quality: Not faulty or damaged
- Fit for purpose: Suitable for their intended use
- As described: Match their description
7.2 Reporting Faulty or Damaged Goods
Please contact us immediately if you receive faulty or damaged goods.
If goods are genuinely faulty, damaged, or do not match their description:
Within First 30 days of Receipt:
- You may reject the goods and request a full refund
- Return Process:
- Contact us to report the fault with photos/description
- You must return all items to our address
- You are responsible for return postage costs
- Goods must be returned in the condition received
- We will inspect the goods upon receipt
- Refund will be processed within 14 days AFTER we receive and verify the faulty goods
After 30 days:
- We will repair or replace faulty goods where possible
- If repair or replacement is not possible, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund
- Same return process applies (customer pays return postage, refund after receipt)
7.3 Important Notes
- Return postage must be paid by you (the customer)
- All items must be returned to the address we provide
- Refunds are only processed after we receive and inspect the returned goods
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds if goods are not faulty or have been damaged through misuse
- Keep proof of postage for your records
8. Product Information and Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product information is accurate. However:
- Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly
- Weight and size specifications are approximate
- Colors may appear differently on different screens
